Leadership Day is Wednesday

I ran across a tweet on twitter about Leadership Day being this Wednesday and thought it was no better time than now to break my unseemly silence on this blog. I am thankful for folks like @mcleod (Dr. Scott McLeod) who spearhead and host events like this for folks like me to participate in. It is a good time of year to reflect on school leadership and what makes good leadership.
